Our anchovies are prepared entirely by hand. Once they arrive at our facilities, artisan hands carefully clean them, removing all the bones. Afterwards, they will go through a maturing process in salt, after which they obtain the ideal texture and flavour.
For the elaboration of this 550g can, we use the best Cantabrian anchovies with the ideal size, manually packed with selected olive oil, so that you can enjoy their flavour, texture and aroma.
