Characteristics of our Cantabrian preserves packs
At Nardín we only work with the best raw material, caught exclusively in the Cantabrian Sea during the season. In addition, to preserve all its flavour and texture, we work exclusively with raw material purchased daily to maintain maximum flavour.
At our facilities, our preserves are traditionally prepared by expert hands under the supervision of expert preservers. We use a specially selected olive oil for our oil toppings, which provides extraordinary flavour and texture. We present our packs grouped by product families or groupings of different types so that the customer does not miss out on any of our flavours.
Preservation of our Cantabrian preserves packs
Our Cantabrian Packs are a set of preserved and semi-preserved products, therefore it is of utmost importance not to break the cold chain. This guarantees its perfect preservation and must be respected in its preparation, distribution, storage and sale until the moment of consumption. You can check storage temperatures and expiration dates for each specific product in the other categories.
The packs are composed of different products and cooling requirements.
