Salted Cantabrian Anchovies 5kg can
At Nardín, for the salted anchovy we use the best raw material and therefore we only use Cantabrian anchovy , caught in season during the spring. The preparation is 100% traditional and manual , using salt as the only ingredient. The main characteristic of our salted anchovies is their unique, intense but delicate flavour all the while maintaining a firm texture.
Salted anchovy is the ideal format to prepare anchovies to your liking. The class is 10 anchovies per layer .
Our salted anchovies are elaborated in a completely traditional way , by artisan hands and with years of experience in their elaboration. From heading, cleaning, salting, and maturing, the whole process is supervised by our canning masters.
