Orders and shipments
Which shipping method is used? When will I receive my order?
We use transport through an agency, we use refrigerated transport to guarantee the best conditions of our products. Currently we only make national shipments, for shipments outside the peninsula (Canary and Balearic Islands) consult by calling 943 861 150.
Shipments usually take between 48 and 72 hours to reach their destination.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns. You have 15 days, from the time you receive the product, to return a batch of Nardín preserves. It will be necessary that at most only one can or jar has been opened.
To return it, call us at 943 861 150 indicating the reason for your call and we will send a courier to pick up the merchandise.
As soon as we have received the returned lot at Conservas Nardín and we verify that everything is in order, we will proceed to refund the full price of said lot.
The product must have been kept cold or refrigerated, except for the packs of tuna.

How can I pay for my order?

Is it safe to buy at Conservas Nardín?
The data of the card you have provided will be processed with SSL encryption. For payments made with credit and debit cards, enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), the code printed on the card that guarantees security during e-commerce transactions.
Credit cards will be subject to authorizations and checks by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or impossibility of delivery and we will not be able to formalize any contract with you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, contact us as soon as possible, preferably by phone and we will talk. When the cancellation is effective, we will refund 100% of the amount.
