You have 15 days, from the time you receive the product, to return a batch of Nardín preserves.
To return it, call us at 943 861 150 indicating the reason for your call and we will send a courier to pick up the merchandise.
As soon as we have received the returned batch at Conservas Nardín and we verify that everything is in order, we will proceed to refund the full price of said batch.
The product must have been kept cold or refrigerated, with the exception of batches of tuna.
