Payment methods and security
We accept the following payment methods:
- VISA
- MasterCard
- Bank transfer
The data of the card that you have provided will be processed with SSL encryption. For payments made with credit and debit cards, enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), the code printed on the card that guarantees security during e-commerce transactions.
Credit cards will be subject to authorizations and checks by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or impossibility of delivery and we will not be able to formalize any contract with you. In the event that your card is rejected, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- The card may have expired. Check that the card has not passed its expiration date.
- The card may have reached the credit limit. Check with the bank if the card has exceeded the credit limit.
- The data entered may not be correct. Check that you have filled in the required fields correctly.
Prior authorization and payment of the order
When you pay for an order by card, the bank may retain the amount of the order. In the case of purchases made with a debit card, it will be unlocked automatically in an estimated period of between 6 and 8 days. In the case of purchases made by credit card, it will be automatically unlocked in an estimated period of up to 30 days, depending on the bank.
This is part of a standard procedure for banks to ensure that the charge is viable. For this reason, they retain the amount in question from the moment the order is received until Conservas Nardín makes the charge. In some cases, the unlocking of the money withheld could coincide with the payment of the order. This incident is completely unrelated to Conservas Nardín and is due to the existing operations between banks and card issuers. In these cases, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the pre-authorization.
Bank transfer
This method allows you to place orders via bank transfer. The payment method is selected directly during the purchase process, when making the payment, and when choosing «bank transfer», it is not necessary to include additional information.
