Adding items to the shopping cart without completing the purchase process does not constitute a reservation. The price and availability of products stored in the cart are subject to change. You will find the latest price of each product in the basket.
Process an order
Once you have added all the items you want to buy to the cart, the next step will be to process the order as a registered user or as a guest and make the payment. To do so, you must follow the steps of the purchase process and complete or verify the information requested in each step. In addition, during the purchase process, you can modify the details of your order before making the payment.
Process an order without registration
If the purchase process ends without you registering, you will have the option to register as a user if you want.
Follow the steps of the purchase process indicating or verifying the information requested in each step. If you want, during the purchase process you can also modify the order information before making the payment.
For greater comfort and security, we recommend that you always enter all the requested information, especially the mobile phone number. In this way we can contact you if necessary.

After authorizing payment
Once payment is authorized, you will receive an email with the order number. From then on, you can check the status of the order in the "History and details of my orders" section in My account. All orders are subject to product availability. If there are any difficulties regarding the supply of products or if there are no items left in stock, we will send the rest of the items or cancel them in the case of a single item order. We will refund any amount you have paid.
