Nardín was born 25 years ago as a company to continue the legacy of our predecessors who arrived from Sicily at the beginning of the last century and taught us the art of Anchovy Salting >.

At Nardín we elaborate only the products of the Cantabrian season . With a production that is always limited, adapting ourselves and respecting what the sea gives us.

Our reason for being is to produce high quality products, respecting the seasons and counting on the workforce of our closest people. Respectfully managing all the resources available to us.
