Our white tuna, Thunnus alalunga, is the most coveted among canned fish for its juiciness and smooth texture. In our case, it is carefully selected by ourselves in the Getaria fish market, and is among the best tuna caught in the Bay of Biscay during the summer season.

Traditionally prepared by expert hands under the supervision of master canners and matured in specially selected olive oil for extraordinary flavour and texture. All our tuna have a process of maturing of at least 2 years.

This product has the highest certified quality seal granted by the Basque Government, following strict quality controls that guarantee the traceability of the product, as well as its excellent quality and full production in the Basque country, including its capture in the Cantabrian Sea.
