Our Cantabrian anchovy is caught in the spring months at its best moment, with an ideal size. In Nardín we only work with anchovies of the highest certified quality, selected daily in the Getaria fish market.
Our anchovies are prepared entirely by hand. Once they arrive at our facilities, artisan hands carefully clean them, removing all the bones. Afterwards, they will go through a maturing process in salt, after which they obtain the ideal texture and flavour.
For the elaboration of this 650g plastic recipient, we use the best Cantabrian anchovies with the ideal size, manually packed with selected sunflower oil, so that you can enjoy their flavour, texture and aroma.
