Our anchovies are prepared in a completely traditional way , carefully cleaning them and respecting their maturing process in salt, after which they obtain the ideal texture and flavour.
For the elaboration of this 340g jar, we use the best Cantabrian anchovies with the ideal size, manually packed with selected olive oil, so that you can enjoy their flavour, texture and smell. This jar is ideal for special occasions at family gatherings, recommended for 16 people.
