In Nardín we only work with the best raw material, captured exclusively in the Cantabrian Sea during the campaign season. Furthermore, to preserve all its flavour and texture, we work exclusively with the raw material purchased daily in the Getaria fish market.
At our facilities, our preserves are traditionally prepared by expert hands under the supervision of master canners. We use a specially selected olive oil for our oil toppings that provides extraordinary flavour and texture.

Smoked Mackerel Loins vacuum-packed, 75g
Our smoked mackerel , commonly known as verdel, comes from specimens caught only in the Cantabrian Sea through traditional and sustainable fishing, respecting the marine ecosystem. In Nardín, we buy only in the campaign season, and in the case of mackerel, it is in the month of March when we obtain the specimens with the best percentage of optimum fat for the natural smoking process without preservatives or additives.
This 75g vacuum pack is the best way to taste our smoked mackerel.

Cantabrian Anchovies family pack
Surprise yourself with our entire range of Cantabrian anchovies : salted, smoked anchovies and anchovies in vinaigrette.
In our preserves, we only use the highest quality anchovies, the Engraulis Encrasicolus , purchased in the Getaria fish market, directly from the fishermen who catch them in the Bay of Biscay. These are fished at the optimal time, during the spring months.
During the season, we select the highest quality and ideal sizes, based on the extensive experience of our canning masters.
White Tuna family pack
Surprise yourself with our entire range of white tuna in different packages and sizes: tuna loins, belly and flakes.
In Nardín we only work with white tuna, Thunnus Alalunga , purchased in the Getaria fish market, directly from fishermen who catch them in the Cantabrian Sea only in season. Traditionally prepared by expert hands under the supervision of master canners and matured in olive oil specially selected for extraordinary flavour and texture. All our tuna have a process of maturating of minimum 2 years .
