In our preserves, we only use the highest quality anchovies, the Engraulis Encrasicolus , purchased in the Getaria fish market, directly from the fishermen who catch them in the Bay of Biscay. These are fished at the optimal time, during the spring months.
During the season, we select the highest quality and ideal sizes, based on the extensive experience of our canning masters.
The elaboration follows a careful, entirely traditional process, so that they arrive at your table with the best texture and flavour. It is ideal to give as a gift or to enjoy with company.
It is made up of:
- 2 cans of Cantabrian Anchovies in olive oil 50g (RR-50)
- 1 can of Cantabrian Anchovies in olive oil 100g (RR-90 "Selec.")
- 1 can of Cantabrian Anchovies in olive oil 250g (RO-280 "Selec.")
- 1 can of smoked Cantabrian Anchovies 100g (RR-90)
- 1 can of Anchovies in vinaigrette of 100g (RR-90)
- 1 plastic recipient of Anchovies in vinaigrette Skewers 200g (B-212)

Loins of smoked Cantabrian anchovy in olive oil in a 100g can. Be amazed by our delicious smoked anchovies. This can is ideal for a snack for 4 people.
This is anchovy caught by the Cantabrian fleet only in season through traditional and sustainable fishing. We select each batch individually, choosing those that contain an optimal percentage of fat for the natural smoking process without preservatives or additives .
White Tuna family pack

In Nardín we only work with white tuna, Thunnus Alalunga , purchased in the Getaria fish market, directly from fishermen who catch them in the Cantabrian Sea only in season. Traditionally prepared by expert hands under the supervision of master canners and matured in olive oil specially selected for extraordinary flavour and texture. All our tuna have a process of maturating of minimum 2 years .

At our facilities, our preserves are traditionally prepared by expert hands under the supervision of master canners. We use a specially selected olive oil for our oil toppings that provides extraordinary flavour and texture.
