Traditionally prepared by expert hands under the supervision of master canners and matured in olive oil specially selected for extraordinary flavour and texture. All our tuna have a < strong> minimum 2 years maturing process.
This product has the highest quality certified seal granted by the Basque Government, following strict quality controls that guarantee the traceability of the product, as well as its excellent quality and complete production in the Basque country including its capture in the Cantabrian Sea.
