Our anchovies are prepared in a completely artisanal way , carefully cleaning them and respecting their maturing process in salt, after which they obtain the ideal texture and flavour.
For the elaboration of this 240g jar, ideal for 12 people, we use the best Cantabrian anchovies with the ideal size, manually packed with selected olive oil, so that you can enjoy their flavour, texture and aroma at your table.
